Delete your account and data – “Parts STL”

Applies to the app “Parts STL” (pl.czescistl). Last updated: 16 October 2026

Option 1 – in the app (immediately)

1. Open the “Parts STL” app and sign in if you are not signed in.
2. Tap the token button (🎟) in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Delete account and data and confirm.

Option 2 – without the app (e.g. after uninstalling it)

Send an e-mail to mtmandroidstudio@proton.me from the address linked to the Google account you used in the app. Use the subject Delete Parts STL account. We will delete the account within 30 days (usually within a few days) and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• your sign-in account (ID, e-mail address, profile data provided by Google),
• your token balance, including unused tokens (they cannot be refunded or transferred),
• the history of token operations and the hashes of projects a token was charged for.

What may be kept

• anonymised purchase records (not linked to your account) – up to 5 years, for accounting and legal claims,
• the hash of your Google account ID and the hash of your device identifier used for the one-time free token – so it cannot be claimed repeatedly (they do not reveal your personal data),
• server logs – usually up to 30 days.

Your purchase history in Google Play belongs to your Google account and is not deleted by us. Payment refunds are handled by Google Play.
